Hello T-Bird Students and Families,
 
I hope you are all doing well and staying healthy.  Here are a couple of brief and important messages.
 
First, all summer school work for Edgenuity and Performance tasks must be completed no later than Tuesday, June 30th.  Keep in mind that teachers will need to grade the performance tasks, and all grades are due by the the end of the day on Tuesday, June 30th.  Students are advised to complete and turn in all work as soon as possible.
 
Second, please save the date of Tuesday, July 21, 8:00 a.m., for a possible graduation ceremony.  Plans for graduation have not yet been approved.  If plans for graduation are approved, the Hinkley High School graduation ceremony would occur on Tuesday, July 21, at 8:00 a.m.  We will share more information when it is available.

Hola Estudiantes y Familias T-Bird,

Espero que todos estén bien y que se estén saludables.  Aquí hay un par de mensajes breves e importantes.

En primer lugar, todo el trabajo de la escuela de verano para las tareas de Edgenuity y Performance debe completarse a más tardar el martes 30 de junio.  Tenga en cuenta que los maestros tendrán que calificar las tareas de desempeño, y todas las calificaciones deben ser debidas al final del día el martes 30 de junio.  Se aconseja a los estudiantes que completen y entreguen todo el trabajo tan pronto como sea posible.

    HINKLEY H.S. SOFTBALL Announcement:

 

 

All students wanting to play Softball for Hinkley please attend a meeting on July 1 at 11 am at the softball field behind Hinkley.

 

This is an informational meeting only lasting 15 minutes.

Summer Workouts will begin July 2 at 9 am at the Softball field.

Please attend if interested in playing softball this fall!!

Nutrition Services Information

Do you have questions about your child's lunch account?

For questions, regarding your student’s lunch account, please send an email to Donna McClary at dlmcclary@aurorak12.org.  Donna is the Nutrition Services accountant and she can help answer any questions you have. Payments for negative balances can be made online at www.payschoolscentral.com

 

If your student has money in their lunch account, you have three options:

 

1 - Transfer the amount to a younger sibling attending an APS School.

       Student’s name - 

       APS School they attend - 

 

2 - You can donate the money to help with negative balances of other HHS students.

Send Donna an email stating you would like to donate the money to help with negative balances.

 

3 - You can receive a refund in the form of a check. 

Processing and mailing takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks.  

Please include your full name and mailing address for the check.

 

Please email Donna at dlmcclary@aurorak12.org and let her know what you would like to do.

Include the student's name and ID number on all communications.

All participating athletes MUST  have a physical, proof of medical insurance (can be purchased in Athletics) and parent permission on file BEFORE participating in ANY practices.
